Joseph wrote and designed the anchor employee-facing piece for IEC’s transition to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Developed in partnership with HR, the brochure translated complex legal and financial information into clear, accessible language, helping employees understand what employee ownership meant, how the plan worked, and why the transition mattered to them. FACULTY THOUGHT-LEADERSHIP CAMPAIGN: LOCAL NEWS STRATEGY

At the University of St. Augustine, Joseph piloted a faculty thought-leadership program that connected academic expertise with local news opportunities in campus communities. The program gave faculty a practical pathway to media visibility while strengthening the university’s public profile, generating a 600 percent increase in earned media placements in a single year.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS CAMPAIGN: ACCREDITATION REAFFIRMATION

Joseph developed an internal communications campaign to prepare faculty, staff, students, and senior leaders for the University of St. Augustine’s regional accreditation reaffirmation process. The campaign included leadership talking points and a scripted, produced video that translated accreditation from an administrative requirement into a shared institutional priority.
